Information about placing orders, shipping, and returns.
Most in-stock orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm PST on Fridays, weekends, or holidays, will begin processing the following business day. If items are out of stock or backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. Backordered items will take about 3-4 weeks to ship.
Fine Jewelry Orders
Fine jewelry is custom made to order, and can take 3-4 weeks to ship. If you need your item sooner, it may be possible to rush your order for an additional fee. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.
Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. A signature will be required for items over $750, unless otherwise noted.
We use Fedex for international shipments.
SINE accepts returns up to 30 days from the original purchase date on unworn, unaltered, non-sale items. Items must be in original packaging, with the original invoice and Return Authorization number. *All fine jewelry and sale items are final sale.
Please email email@example.com to request a Return Authorization. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. We suggest using a carrier with tracking, so that you can guarantee a safe return. We are not responsible for items lost or mishandled by your shipping carrier.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing once we recieve your return. Banks may take an additional 2-3 days to post the refund. Refunds (minus the original shipping costs) will be made to the original method of payment.
